Our #GaiaFamily is more than a team. It is a group of chefs and managers who have been with us for years, from our early days of 50-person parties to managing complex consulate events. When we show up at your venue, you see familiar faces who know exactly how to handle a live station, manage a flying buffet, or execute a sit-down dinner without needing us to micromanage. This consistency is what allows you to actually be a guest at your own party instead of worrying about the logistics.
Hospitality often demands huge personal sacrifices, but we have built a culture that prioritizes our team's growth and well-being. Watching our leaders like Chef Shrey—who started with us as a Sous Chef—and our manager Chetan grow into the professionals they are today is the core of our success.
Because our team stays with us, they understand our philosophy of 'no kanjoos-giri' (not being stingy) with ingredients and presentation. Whether it is a brand launch or a private celebration, they know how to adapt our farm-to-table approach to your specific needs.
We train our staff to maintain a 1:10 or 1:20 ratio depending on the event type, ensuring that every plate served or cocktail poured meets the standard that our clients expect. We handle the heavy lifting, the glassware, the décor, and the service flow so you can focus on your guests.
