Interactive Live Stations & Grazing Tables
Food that gets people mingling, grazing, and talking. Whether it’s a boozy chaat counter or a sprawling French-style grazing table, we build interactive food experiences that actually get eaten.
Our Pizza Al Tartufo, made with a slow-fermented dough and topped with burrata, truffle oil, and hazelnut gremolata. This is a star offering from our live pizza station.
A glimpse of a French Countryside themed grazing table we created for a baby shower. It featured goat's cheese croissants, quiche, and a beautiful spread of artisanal cheese and bread.

Crispy arancini balls served with a zesty tomato sauce. These are a perfect bite-sized snack to serve from a live station or as part of a flying buffet at a birthday party or casual gathering.
About Interactive Live Stations & Grazing Tables
Our grazing tables and live stations aren't just for show—we pack them with hand-selected cheeses, fresh local produce, and the same attention to detail we put into our sit-down dinners. We don't believe in filler food; if it’s on the station, it’s there because it tastes incredible. When we set up a live pizza oven or a chaat counter, it’s about high-quality ingredients made fresh right in front of your guests, ensuring no one is stuck waiting or eating cold appetizers.
Why we do it this way
When Chris and I started Gaia Gourmet 14 years ago, the goal was simple: cook food we’d actually want to eat. That philosophy hasn't changed, even when we're setting up for 750 people at a consulate. A grazing table shouldn't just be a place to stand; it should be a focal point where your guests actually try new flavors. We focus on farm-to-table sourcing, which means our Burrata comes from Gujarat and our veggies are sourced from Pune, ensuring everything on that station is fresh and seasonal.
Designing your interactive menu
We don't do cookie-cutter. If you want a Rubik's Cube theme with matching menu cards for your live station, we’ll figure it out. If you need a French Countryside theme with goat cheese croissants and quiches, we’ll do that too.
Our most popular interactive setups include:
- Live Pizza Stations: 70% hydration dough, slow-fermented, topped with fresh truffle oil and burrata.
- Boozy Chaat Counters: Because who doesn't love a bit of spice with their cocktails?
- Flying Small Plates: High-ratio staffing means our team brings the food to your guests, so nobody is stuck queuing at a buffet.
Everything we do—from the glassware to the staffing ratio—is designed to keep the stress off you. Our team, our bhaus, are trained to make sure your event flows naturally, whether it's a birthday party in Mumbai or a launch event in Goa. We keep it real, keep it tasty, and make sure your guests leave talking about the food, not the decor.
