When we do a sit-down dinner, it is not just about what is on the plate, but the flow of the evening. We bring our own team to handle the plating and service, so you are not stuck in the kitchen or worrying about refills. Whether it is a four-course feast or a relaxed evening with wine pairings, we make sure you get to actually enjoy the company of your guests.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all menus. We take what is in season, such as organic produce from Pune or fresh cheese from Gujarat, and build a meal around it. You get a four-course experience, handled from start to finish by our team. This means we handle the dinnerware, the staffing, and even the drink pairings if you want them.
We have worked with experts to make sure the wine flows perfectly with the food. Since we started this in our own home kitchen, we know that the quality of ingredients matters. We are not stingy with our portions or our quality. If you have guests with dietary needs, just let us know, and we will make sure they have a great meal too. From the amuse-bouche that starts the night to the final dessert, we manage the rhythm of the meal so you can sit back and relax.
