A vibrant beetroot and orange salad from a party we catered for Shahid and Mira Kapoor. We created a decadent, fully vegetarian menu with a grazing table and live pizza counter that everyone loved.
A throwback to our last event before the lockdown: Isha Ambani and Priyanka Chopra's epic Holi bash. We set up all their favorite live counters, including our signature Avocado station and Boozy Chaat station.
