You are getting items prepped by a small team—Dhruv, Sharon, Shweta, and myself—juggling 5 a.m. starts and last-minute tweaks to ensure your grazing table or gift box arrives exactly as we envisioned it.
Apero was not built in a boardroom. It started in the middle of a global lockdown when I needed an outlet and found myself experimenting with truffle edamame mousse in my home kitchen. That first accidental success turned into an obsession with textures and flavors—from our signature Pecan Cranberry Basil cheese dome to our comforting savory tarts.
It is just me, Malvika, and a tight-knit group of fellow food lovers. You will often find us laughing in the kitchen, debating the crunch of our 'Ode to Bombay' snack clusters, or stress-testing a new batch of pull-apart buns. We are parents, partners, and perfectionists who believe that hospitality is about making people feel like they are getting a hug from their meal.
