Pricing Guide
2 Hour Pay-As-You-Go Studio Session
Session Details
- Duration: 2 hours per session in a shared workspace in Koramangala.
- Instruction: Guided practice with a typical student-teacher ratio of 6:1 or 8:1.
- Format: Non-linear curriculum allowing students to pick up exactly where they left off.
Provided Materials (Studio Use)
- Surfaces: A3/A4 Cartridge paper (140 GSM) for sketching or small Canvas Boards (8x10 or 10x12) for painting.
- Paints: Shared access to Camlin/Camel brand Acrylics, Watercolors, or Oil Pastels.
- Tools: Graphite pencils (HB to 10B), charcoal sticks, non-dust erasers, table-top easels, and palettes.
Single Session Project Workshop
Workshop Specifics
- Project Kit: Includes base item (Canvas tote, pre-cut glass, or 12x16 canvas panel) and specialized mediums (Fabric paints, Glass liners, or heavy-body Acrylics).
- Duration: Single session lasting 2 to 3 hours depending on the complexity of the craft.
Instruction & Takeaway
- Method: Step-by-step instructor demonstration to ensure a polished output.
- Result: Students take home the finished physical artwork immediately after the class.
5 Day Intensive Holiday Camp
Schedule & Format
- Timing: 5 consecutive days (Monday to Friday).
- Duration: 3 hours per day, totaling 15 hours of engagement.
- Scope: Structured module moving from fundamental exercises to a final project.
Material Provisions
- Bulk Supplies: Sufficient paints and paper for daily practice exercises.
- Final Project: Materials allotted for 1-2 major compositions (e.g., Landscape in Oils).
- Advanced Tools: Access to palette knives, blending stumps, and diverse brush types not used in drop-in sessions.
- Extras: Certificate of completion provided at the end of the week.

At Shades Creative Learning, we’ve seen how a splash of color or a bit of doodling can light up a kid’s whole week. Art isn’t just about making pretty things - it’s about helping kids figure out how to express what’s going on inside their heads. With 22+ years in the game, I’ve watched shy kids open up, and energetic kids find focus.
What We Do
Our creative after-school activities for kids come in two flavors:
- Regular art classes after school: These run all year, mixing up drawing, painting, and crafts. Kids pick up everything from basic pencil work to glass painting and acrylics. Total beginners or already obsessed, everyone fits in.
- Holiday and summer art camp (Bangalore, but also online): During breaks, we go all out with special workshops where kids try new things, get a little messy, and usually surprise themselves.
How You Join
Kids can drop by our Koramangala studio for in-person sessions, or join our online drawing classes for children over Zoom. We’ve got kids from all over, not just Bangalore.
