The Flux Family: Building Community Through Art
We believe fitness and art should be about more than just technique. At Flux, we’ve created a space in Indiranagar where you can show up exactly as you are, connect with others, and grow without the pressure to be perfect.
This image captures the essence of our community. We are a group that supports and lifts each other up, building real skills in an environment of love and nurturance.
What is Flux? It's an expressive art space where the goal is to connect with others while learning a new skill together. I believe in the power of shared creative experiences.
Why does this matter? Because a sense of community, purpose, and non-judgmental allowance is what allows for true growth. At Flux, I aim to provide a place where you can become more true to yourself.
We are a vibe. This photo captures a candid moment of joy and friendship between members of our Flux family. We grow together, and we'd love for you to meet us.
We love to keep things fun and lighthearted at the studio. A little bit of humor and not taking ourselves too seriously is part of what makes our community so special.
I asked our community what Flux means to them, and their answers were beautiful: "Home," "Community," "Happiness," "Flexibility & Fun." This video is a testament to the environment we've built together.
Hearing from our parents means the world to me. In this video, they share their experiences, from seeing their shy child blossom with confidence to appreciating the supportive and encouraging environment my team and I work hard to create.
About this collection
When you walk into our studio, you will notice that we prioritize collaboration over competition. You won't see us pushing for rigid perfection in our dance or fitness classes. Instead, we encourage students to support one another, share in the process of learning, and find joy in movement. This approach helps even the shyest child or the most hesitant adult feel comfortable enough to express themselves fully.
At Flux, we think of ourselves as an expressive art space rather than just a school. Our philosophy is simple: art should be accessible to everyone, and true growth happens when you remove the fear of judgment.
Our Approach to Community
Whether you are joining us for our after-school Kids Club, our weekend aerial yoga sessions, or our intensive summer camps, you will find a consistent theme: we are here to support your personal journey. We focus on 'art for change,' which means using dance, theatre, and movement not just as skills to master, but as tools to become more true to yourself.
What You Will Find at Our Studio
We have designed our space in Indiranagar to be a home for artists and families.
- Small Group Focus: We keep our batches small, typically 10 to 15 students, because we believe that individual attention is crucial for building confidence.
- No-Machine Fitness: We focus on bodyweight and natural movement. This allows you to connect with your own body and develop core strength in a way that feels intuitive and sustainable.
- Space for Parents: We understand your time is valuable. While your children are in class, our lounge area is equipped with WiFi, offering a comfortable spot for you to get work done.
A Place for Everyone
We have created a non-judgmental environment where 'shy' and 'loud' are just different ways of expressing potential. By focusing on connection—with our bodies and with each other—we aim to build a community that lasts long after the class ends. We invite you to visit our studio, meet our teachers, and see how we practice kindness and creativity in every session.
Flux School of Arts
I'm Sahiba, and I started Flux because I wanted a space where you don't have to perform perfection—you just have to show up. We’re a community that values your growth over the final product, helping you and your kids connect with your own bodies and each other.
