Monthly Group Class Pass (Zumba, Yoga & Aerobics)
Class Formats & Schedule
- Schedule: Access to morning (6 AM to 10 AM) and evening (5 PM to 9 PM) batches 6 days a week.
- Zumba: 45-60 minute choreographed dance cardio sessions focused on calorie burning.
- Yoga: Includes Power Yoga and Hatha Yoga using straps and blocks for flexibility.
- Aerobics: Step aerobics using height-adjustable plastic steppers for cardiovascular endurance.
Studio & Amenities
- Facility: Dedicated group studio with laminate wooden flooring and full-length mirrors.
- Sound: High-energy atmosphere driven by a JBL sound system.
- Amenities: Access to changing rooms, lockers (BYO lock), showers, and filtered water.
- Entry: Biometric face recognition entry system for security.
Quarterly Transformation Membership (3 Months)

- Duration: Valid for 90 days from activation date.

Honestly, akela workout karna (working out solo) gets dull real quick. Here, I’m all about that squad energy. The music’s louder, the masti (fun) is real, and you get pushed harder when everyone’s sweating it out together. My motto is simple - Bhai hit, jo fit!
The Happiest Hour: Feel-Good Fitness
I call my classes the happiest hour for a reason. You’ll burn calories, sure, but you’ll also dump stress and have a laugh. JBL speakers, party lights, and a crowd that cheers you on - it’s not your regular gym scene. And yeah, you’ll probably end up making a few work-out buddies.
What’s on the Menu: Pick Your Vibe
- Zumba: Feels more like a dance workout party than exercise. We go wild with themes - Holi Zumba, Navratri Dandiya - it’s pure energy.
- Yoga: Advance Yoga Centre vibes. Asanas, meditation, pranayama - plus props, aerial silks, and real hands-on help. People have even lost 10kg just through yoga here.
- Aerobics & Cardio: Bodyweight moves, resistance bands, step platforms. Sometimes, we take the session to the rooftop for a killer view - rooftop fitness classes hit different.
Everyone’s Welcome
First timer or pro, doesn’t matter. My group exercise sessions are set up for all fitness levels. I’ve got certified group trainers, including female coaches, so everyone feels comfortable.
The Setup: Studio & Rooftop
Classes run in a studio with mirrors and wooden floor, perfect for checking your form. And when we want a change, we head to the rooftop, work out under the sky on fake grass. Sabko welcome hai (everyone’s welcome) - just drop the excuses and come through.

My Story
Hello ji! Hum hain Anchor Fitness Club wale. Gym khola tha bas ek soch ke saath - log resolutions banate hain, par follow through mushkil hota hai. Yahaan ka vibe hi alag hai - full JBL music, sab ek doosre ko push karte hain. Humare liye fitness sirf dikhava nahi, asli taakat hai. Chahe student ho ya safe gym for women chahiye, sabka swagat hai. Bas, thoda determination leke aao, baaki hum sambhal lenge.
