This isn't a gallery of perfect bodies. This is a collection of real moms doing the work, building functional strength, and reclaiming their space.

I see you, mama. I see you trying to squeeze in a workout between naps, feeling overwhelmed, and maybe not even recognizing yourself in the mirror. I've been there. This journey isn't about "bouncing back." It's about giving yourself grace, showing up when you can, and rebuilding your strength, bit by bit. You're not alone in this.

Someone once told me that having a baby after 35 means you'll never have the same energy or strength. They were right. I'm stronger. Postpartum isn't an end to your fitness; it's the beginning of discovering a new kind of strength you never knew you had.

Before you even think about intense exercise, we have to master this: the connection breath. This is the foundation for healing your core and pelvic floor postpartum. I teach you how to breathe to re-engage your deep core muscles, which is the first step to fixing back pain and feeling strong again.

This is what a safe and effective prenatal workout looks like. Here, I'm guiding an expecting mama through lower body exercises like hip thrusts. We focus on strengthening the posterior chain and adductors, which is crucial for stability as your body changes and prepares for delivery.

Let's get one thing straight. The goal is not to "look like you never had a baby." Why would we want to erase the most powerful thing our bodies have ever done? My philosophy is about celebrating what your body has accomplished and building real, functional strength for motherhood, not chasing an unrealistic aesthetic.

Do your bras feel tight after having a baby? It could be rib flare, a common issue that prevents Diastasis Recti from healing. I go beyond basic core work to identify and fix underlying issues like this, focusing on things like your infrasternal angle to ensure a complete and proper recovery.

This is my tribe. A Sunday sweat session with some of the amazing mamas I've worked with. We build more than muscle here; we build a community. You get a support system of women who are going through the exact same thing and are here to cheer you on.

Ready to start your journey? My online group sessions are designed for busy moms. We meet three times a week for focused workouts covering core and pelvic floor rehab, posture correction, and upper body strength. You get individual attention in a small group setting and access to a support system of other moms.

About Featured

Most people jump into crunches, but that is the fastest way to make Diastasis Recti worse. In these sessions, we start with 360-degree breathwork and rib cage positioning. It is not flashy, but it is the only way to actually heal your core from the inside out before we ever add intensity.

Many moms come to me asking how fast they can get their 'old body' back. My answer? We don't focus on getting back. We focus on building forward.

The Postpartum Reality

Whether you are 3 months or 3 years postpartum, the foundation is the same. We address common issues like rib flare, pelvic floor weakness, and back pain that linger long after delivery. You are not broken, you are just postpartum.

What to Expect in Our Sessions

  • Core Rehab: We move beyond basic planks. We use targeted breathing cues to manage abdominal pressure and heal your pelvic floor.
  • Functional Strength: We train for the movements you actually do, like lifting a toddler while carrying groceries or surviving a marathon nursing session.
  • Small Groups: I keep my postnatal batches capped at 5 mothers. This isn't a generic video class. I watch your form, correct your posture, and ensure you are moving safely.
  • Community: These aren't just workouts; they are a space to vent. We talk about the messy bits—the anxiety, the mom guilt, and the days when you are just too exhausted to show up.

You don't need a fancy gym or a 'quick fix' program. You need consistency, patience, and a group of moms who get it. If you are tired of guessing what is safe, join us. Let's build habits that actually last.
