Unlike standard gyms, our muscle-building programs combine your lifting routine with a clinical diet chart that we adjust bi-weekly. We do not just tell you to lift. We track your body metrics and meal adherence to ensure your weight gain is lean muscle, not unwanted mass.
Building muscle naturally takes more than just hitting the gym. At Finix, we operate on a philosophy of consistency and sustainability.
Our Natural Protocol
We strictly avoid steroids and artificial supplements. Instead, I use my background as a clinical dietitian to design meal plans that support your specific goals, whether you are trying to lean out or bulk up. We work with whole foods, ensuring your body has the nutrition it needs to recover and grow.
The Training Structure
Your program is periodized to include three phases: conditioning, strength, and definition. We utilize functional movements like tire flips and battle ropes alongside compound lifts to ensure you are not just looking stronger, but actually getting stronger.
Monitoring Your Progress
We do not guess your progress. Every member on our 100-day or standard transformation program undergoes mandatory weekly weigh-ins and photo documentation. If the scale is not moving or your lifts are stalling, we adjust your diet and workout volume in real time. We operate out of our studios in Basavanagudi and Indiranagar, where our coaches provide active spotting and form correction during every set. If you are ready for a real change, come train with us.
