This is our monthly fitness test at the Sector 141 club. I track every member's progress in speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, and core power to ensure they are constantly improving.

We do not do fancy machines or air conditioning here. Our group sessions utilize tractor tires, battle ropes, and partner carries to build the kind of functional strength that helps you in life, not just in the gym. Whether you are a total beginner or prepping for a fight, we tailor the intensity so you leave feeling mentally tougher, not just physically exhausted.

While a bodybuilder might dominate on a bench press, our functional conditioning focuses on explosive power, core stability, and endurance, which are non-negotiable for combat sports like MMA, Boxing, and Muay Thai.
Our sessions are designed to break the monotony of standard fitness. We operate on a 'community over ego' principle, meaning you will train alongside everyone from pro fighters to office folks trying to shed stress. We operate raw, garage-style facilities across Delhi NCR—including Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurugram—because we believe the environment should match the intensity of the workout. We focus on:
