Turning Blueprints into Reality: My Design and Build Process

Do not settle for designs that never get built. See how I combine detailed CAD planning with hands-on site supervision to turn your vision into a physical space.

Every project starts with a vision. This video shows how I turn simple sketches into photorealistic 3D renders using tools like CAD and Sketchup. This process ensures you see and approve every detail of your space before we even start building.

This animation demonstrates how we layer a design. Starting from a blank 'clay' model, we add materials, objects, and lighting one by one to build a complete, harmonious interior. It shows the thought process behind creating a calm and well-designed space.

Details matter. This video pulls back the curtain to show the technical effort behind each design, comparing detailed CAD drawings for furniture and wall elevations with the final, beautifully rendered results. Precision in planning is key to a perfect outcome.

This is a simple comparison of 'what we work on' versus 'what you see'. It shows how our initial 2D and basic 3D plans directly translate into the polished, finished interiors that our clients love, from bathrooms to kitchens.

I am always hands-on with my projects. Here I am on-site at the shopping complex in Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad, overseeing the foundation and structural work. Being on the ground ensures the quality of construction matches the design intent.

A progress update from the Ghaziabad shopping complex site. This video shows the site being prepared for the tie beam, a critical step in the foundation work. It's a look at the heavy-duty civil construction phase of a large commercial project.

About this collection

I hate it when a project looks great on screen but fails on site. That is why I personally bridge the gap between our 3D CAD renders and the final brickwork. I do not just hand over drawings. I am on-site to make sure your electrical points, lighting, and furniture layout are executed exactly as we planned, not just as we drew them.

Most design firms stop at the render. I believe the real work starts after the design is finalized. When we work together, my process is entirely transparent. We start with detailed CAD drawings and 3D renders using Sketchup, so you can see the material textures, lighting scenarios, and furniture placement before a single brick is laid. But a pretty render is useless if it is not buildable. I bring my deep construction experience into the design phase to catch problems before they happen.

Whether it is a luxury salon, an office fit-out, or a large-scale project like my current 20,000 sq. ft. shopping complex in Ghaziabad, I handle the technical side. This includes structural choices like our stitching slab technique for flooring, which makes the base termite-proof and rock solid. I am not a remote consultant. I am the one on-site, checking the electrical routing, verifying material quality from my sourcing trips, and ensuring the final result matches the blueprint. If you want a partner who treats your commercial or residential space with the same passion I would apply to my own, let's talk.

I am Sunny. I do not just design spaces, I build them. I spend as much time on-site with my boots on as I do on my laptop with CAD, ensuring every detail is perfect.
