I hate it when a project looks great on screen but fails on site. That is why I personally bridge the gap between our 3D CAD renders and the final brickwork. I do not just hand over drawings. I am on-site to make sure your electrical points, lighting, and furniture layout are executed exactly as we planned, not just as we drew them.
Most design firms stop at the render. I believe the real work starts after the design is finalized. When we work together, my process is entirely transparent.
