Striking Building Facades & Commercial Exterior Design
Your building’s exterior is the first handshake with your customer. I build facades that demand attention—mixing raw materials with smart lighting to turn a plain shell into a local landmark.
A building's exterior is its handshake with the world. Here you can see how we transformed the 'Rahat' hotel from a concrete shell into a modern architectural landmark, using geometric details and strategic lighting to create a powerful first impression, day or night.
This video shows the journey of a large hotel project in Murthal, from the raw construction phase to the architectural render and the near-finished building. It showcases our capability in handling gigantic projects and turning a design vision into a physical structure.
This is the entrance to Swarnprastha Public School, a project where we designed a modern and inspiring campus. The facade combines clean lines, a grand entrance, and a water feature to create a welcoming and impressive atmosphere for students and faculty.
From dust and scaffolding to a grand, welcoming entrance. This before-and-after clip shows the transformation of the 'Rahat' hotel exterior, highlighting how we build and finish facades to create a sense of arrival and luxury.
This reel shows the evolution of a building's elevation. It starts with the raw brick and concrete structure and transitions to a beautifully finished modern facade with wood cladding and integrated greenery, demonstrating the transformative power of good design.
A glimpse into the scale of our on-site work. This video shows the gigantic dry elevation work in progress, with extensive scaffolding required to execute the detailed facade design on a large commercial building.
A view of the Swarnprastha Public School entrance, showcasing the contrast between the dark brick wall and the light-colored stone entrance. The design uses simple, strong forms and landscaping to create a modern and clean institutional look.
About this collection
Before we pick a single tile or install a light, I sit down with you to map out how the building actually faces the sun and how people walk past it. Facades aren't just about looking pretty; they are about how your brand talks to the street. I specialize in heavy-duty dry elevation work—the kind that survives the dust and heat of North India without losing that polished, high-end finish.
Whether it’s a hotel in Murthal or a school entrance in the city, the goal is always the same: make it impossible to drive past without looking. I believe in a heavy, solid exterior that ages well, rather than just slapping on cheap panels that look good for a month.
Why my approach is different:
- The 'Handshake' Effect: People decide whether to walk into your hotel or office within three seconds of seeing the front. I use geometric metal details, ACP, and warm, layered lighting to grab their attention before they even reach the door.
- Material Sourcing: I don't just use whatever is available at the local hardware shop. I travel to markets in places like Foshan to handpick durable stone, cladding, and metal finishes. This gives your building that premium, exported look without the usual crazy costs.
- Built for Reality: Architecture in North India deals with serious dust, rain, and heat. That’s why I focus on dry cladding and heavy-duty structural frames. I’ve seen too many fancy facades peel off after one monsoon—my goal is to build for the next 20 years, not just for the opening photo.
- The Complete Picture: I handle the civil work, scaffolding, and lighting integration together. You don’t need a separate contractor for the lights and another for the panels. I bring the 'farma' (template) to life, ensuring the 3D render you saw on my screen is exactly what you see standing on the street.

I’m Sunny. I get a real kick out of transforming a concrete shell into a local landmark. I am on-site, supervising the dry elevation work to make sure it looks just as good in the daylight as it does when the lights hit it at night.
