Featured Commercial & Luxury Design Projects
A look at some of my favorite completed projects where we balanced high-end materials with practical, smart construction.
This dining space is an experience, designed to feel dramatic and full of art. I used a bold combination of black marble, a massive natural quartz tabletop, and chairs upholstered with original Versace fabric to create a statement. The ornate chandelier and custom ceiling complete the feeling of grandeur.
A building's exterior is its handshake with the world. Here you can see how we transformed the 'Rahat' hotel from a concrete shell into a modern architectural landmark, using geometric details and strategic lighting to create a powerful first impression, day or night.
Every project starts with a vision. This video shows how I turn simple sketches into photorealistic 3D renders using tools like CAD and Sketchup. This process ensures you see and approve every detail of your space before we even start building.
Here’s a look at the transformation of a Truefitt & Hill luxury salon in Hyderabad. We handled the complete interior fit-out, creating an upscale and classic environment with dark wood paneling, custom shelving, and refined lighting to reflect the brand's prestigious identity.
Finding the right materials is a passion for me, and this is where the magic happens. On a sourcing trip in Foshan, I found these incredible hand-cut marble mosaics and natural stone patterns. The quality and finish you can find here are, as I say in the video, 'bahut hi amazing' and allow me to bring world-class design to my projects affordably.
This is the entrance to Swarnprastha Public School, a project where we designed a modern and inspiring campus. The facade combines clean lines, a grand entrance, and a water feature to create a welcoming and impressive atmosphere for students and faculty.
I love adding unique, handcrafted elements to my projects. This video shows the installation of 300kg pink Makrana marble tigers, which were hand-carved for a double-height feature wall. It's these kinds of details that make a space truly one of a kind.
About this collection
When you look at the marble feature walls or the school facade in this collection, you are seeing the result of direct sourcing trips to places like Foshan. I don't rely on local catalogs to set your space apart. Instead, I bring back the actual 'farma' and specific stone cuts to ensure the finish looks premium and unique, not just standard.
Great design often comes down to the details that people don't notice until they are standing right in front of them. In this collection, you can see how I approached a wide range of projects—from the grand facade of Swarnprastha Public School to the intricate Truefitt & Hill luxury salon fit-out. My process starts with a blank screen in CAD and Sketchup, where we nail down every dimension before any construction happens.
I believe that a space should have character. That is why I spend time hunting for the right materials, like the pink Makrana marble used for those hand-carved tigers, or sourcing specific lighting that changes the mood of a room. It is a mix of big ideas and small, practical choices. Whether it is using 'stitching slab' construction for stronger floors or integrating custom shelving into a retail space, my goal is to give you a finished result that is built to last. Design ka nasha hai (I'm addicted to design), and I want to bring that same level of passion to your project, keeping it high-quality yet affordable.
