Design Details & Inspiration for Your Next Space
Great design isn't just big furniture. It’s the small, thoughtful choices—lighting, textures, and layouts—that make a space feel like yours. Here is a look at what goes into our design process.
Lighting is one of the most powerful tools in interior design. This video showcases four different types of surface lights, including wall sconces, pendant lights, and recessed lighting, and how they can be used to create mood, highlight features, and add character to a home.
At the end of the day, this is the reaction we work for. A little fun showing how we imagine our clients reacting when they see the vision for their new office space come to life. A great design should feel like a 'what a vision!' moment.
About this collection
You see a light fixture, but I look at the color temperature and how it hits the wall. In our projects, we don't just pick items from a catalog. We specifically source our finishes—like the metal trims or natural stone inlays—to match the mood of your room. It is about making the room work for you, not just making it look good in a photo.
It's All in the Details
People often ask why I travel so much for materials. The truth is, the market here is great, but sometimes that specific finish, a unique tile, or a piece of hardware just isn't available locally. When I go to Foshan or other hubs, I am looking for things that aren't just 'fancy' but are actually built to last. A room is made of a thousand small decisions, and ignoring one—like the wrong lighting or a poorly planned partition—can ruin the whole vibe.
Lighting as a Tool
Lighting is probably the most underutilized tool in interior design. We use layered lighting to define zones. In a home, that means wall sconces for mood and recessed lights for task work. In a commercial space, we use track lights to highlight your product displays. It creates depth that flat, overhead lighting simply cannot achieve.
The 'Vision' Phase
Before a single brick is laid, we use CAD and Sketchup. We want you to see exactly what we are planning. I have seen clients get nervous about a floor pattern or a wall color, but once they see the 3D render, they get it. It is that 'Aha!' moment. Whether you are doing a salon, a corporate office, or a hotel, my goal is to make sure your space communicates your brand's personality the moment someone walks through the door.
How We Work
I am not sitting in an office all day. I am on-site, checking the stitching slab construction, making sure the carpentry is solid, and ensuring the electrical routing is clean. If you want a space that is not just a copy-paste job but something with real character, we should talk.
