False Ceiling: Full Gypsum/POP false ceiling in living room and bedrooms with peripheral cove lighting.
Paint: Asian Paints Royale Matt/Shyne premium emulsion for all walls.
Electrical: Relocation of switch points and installation of COB LED lights and strip lights in coves.

Modular Woodwork

Kitchen: Modular setup using BWP ply (wet areas) and MR ply.
- Finish: High-gloss or Matte 1mm Laminate (Sunmica/Merino).
- Countertop: Z Black or Jet Black Indian Granite.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and tandem boxes (Hettich/Hafele economy range).
Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling designs using 19mm commercial ply with openable hinged shutters in laminate finish.

Expect mood boards, drawings, and 3D renders so you know what’s coming.
I personally hunt for materials - Italian marble, American walnut, statement lighting - that match your style and budget.
We handle everything: civil remodeling for homes, execution, and site supervision. You won’t need to juggle different teams.
Before handover, I’m picky with the finishing so your space feels just right.
