What is Pilates? It's a low impact, full body workout designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and build overall body awareness.
Pilates creates a strong mind body connection through mindful movements and controlled breathing. This fosters a sense of holistic well being that goes beyond the physical.
By focusing on controlled breathing techniques, Pilates enhances lung capacity and efficiency. You'll learn to breathe better, which helps you move better in all aspects of life.
About this collection
The biggest barrier to Pilates is thinking you need to be flexible or fit before you start. The truth is, we design our classes for people exactly like you, beginners who want to learn how to move without being lost in a massive crowd. In our small group sessions, you get real-time form correction from trainers who focus on your anatomy rather than just rushing through the clock.
Why Pilates?
Pilates is where we press pause on the outside world to tune in to the body and breath. It is not about chasing motivation or achieving a perfect pose on day one. It is about showing up consistently. Our sessions in Anand Vihar are low-impact, which means your joints stay happy while you work on core strength, posture, and flexibility.
What to expect in your first class
We keep our groups tight, typically 6 to 8 people, so you are seen and guided properly. If you are brand new, we recommend starting with Mat Pilates to build your foundation using bodyweight and basic props like magic circles. As you get comfortable, we introduce the Reformer machine. The Reformer uses springs to add resistance and support, making your movements precise and effective. You do not need to be an athlete to start. You just need grip socks, a water bottle, and an open mind.
The Exerholic approach
We are not your regular gym. You will not find gym bros staring here. We have built a space that is clean and calm. Whether you choose our 12-session Pilates Crush package or a hybrid plan, our goal is the same. We help you move better so that daily life feels easier. Rest is part of the plan here, not a luxury. If you have been dragging yourself through workouts you hate, come try something that actually makes you feel recharged. Show up for yourself.
Exerholic
We are Exerholic, not your average gym. We have built a space in Anand Vihar where movement feels like a breather instead of a chore. You will not find massive crowds here, just a supportive community that moves, grows, and celebrates together.
