We blend Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and functional strength training to keep things fresh. One day you might be on the reformer focusing on core stability, and the next you’re working on functional strength using TRX or weights. This variety is exactly why members like Radhika or Prakriti have stayed for months—it stops your body from hitting a plateau and keeps your mind engaged.

Practical details for your first visit

  • No experience needed: Seriously, you don't need to be flexible or 'in shape' to start. We teach fundamentals first so you don't feel lost.
  • Small group focus: Because we limit slots, our instructors provide personal attention to your specific biomechanics, whether you are dealing with a past injury or just starting a new routine.
  • Consistent Schedule: We run sessions Monday through Saturday. Using our app, you can book your slots easily to make sure you’re hitting your 12 or 20-session goals within the month.
  • Holistic approach: We don’t just count reps. We talk about sleep, movement patterns, and recovery because that’s where the real transformation happens.
