Stage Fabrication
- Dimensions: Massive stage construction (40ft to 80ft width) suitable for large group photos.
- Thematics: 'Royal Rajwada' or 'Palace' themes using fiber-molded pillars, jali work, and acrylic mirror panels.
- Florals: Dense arrangements on backdrops and fascia using a mix of artificial silk (70%) and fresh flowers (30%).
Tech & Ceiling
- Truss System: Aluminum box truss grid suspended overhead holding Sharpy beam lights, LED Pars, and Molefays.
- Installations: Hanging decor including tiered crystal chandeliers, wisteria-style floral strings, or fairy light canopies.
- Video Walls: Integration of P3/P4mm LED screens (approx 200-300 sq. ft.) for digital backdrops.
Furniture & Props

Structural Setup
- German Hanger Tent: Erection of a waterproof, pillar-less Aluminium Clear-Span structure. Width options typically 15m to 40m for large crowds (1000+ pax).
- Specifications: 20ft to 30ft apex height with fire-retardant PVC fabric roofing, certified for wind load stability.
Flooring & Base
- Sub-base Work: Basic ground leveling on uneven soil.
- Wooden Platforming: Installation of wooden ply-boards or pallets to create a rigid, level surface over soil.
- Carpeting: Wall-to-wall exhibition-grade synthetic carpets (Red or Patterned options).
Interiors
- Masking: Full internal fabric lining (pleated or flat) to conceal metal trusses.
- Lighting: Basic LED floodlights or halogen fixtures for general utility visibility.

Seating Layout
- Chairs: Standard armless molded plastic chairs (Red/White) arranged in theatre style.
- Crowd Control: VIP movement corridors using wooden barricades or rope-stanchions with Red Carpet runners.
- Density: Optimized layout allocating approx. 6 sq. ft. per person.
Audio-Visual & Climate
- Sound: Long-throw line-array speaker towers for speech clarity up to 300ft.
- Cooling: Heavy-duty industrial desert coolers placed along the periphery (Air-cooling, not AC).
- Screens: LED relay screens positioned halfway for rear-audience visibility.
Functional Stage
- Podium Setup: Carpeted stage (approx 4ft height) with skirting and speech podium.
- Backstage: Partitioned VIP holding area/green room with basic sofa seating.

- I work with German hanger tent installation, which means you get a massive, pillar-less hall anywhere you want, rain or shine.
- From the base structure to the last bit of drapery, I handle it all - laying carpets so you don’t have to worry about rough ground, weatherproofing the whole area, and making sure everything looks top-notch.
- Lighting? Chandeliers, tiny fairy lights, whatever vibe you want, I set it up.
Stage & Mandap
- Custom event stage design is where I go all in - think huge, elevated platforms for sangeets or even political rallies.
- Want a royal Rajwada look or a mandap inspired by temples? I build it, floral decor and all.
Crowd? No Stress
- Large guest seating arrangements? I’ve done up to 8000 people - sofas for VIPs, decorated chairs for weddings, you name it.
- Layouts are practical, so nobody’s stuck at the back without a view.
