Kids Themed Birthday Decor Package
Backdrop & Theme Elements
- Main Backdrop: 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft setup using printed flex (personalized with name) or shimmer sequin wall (Gold/Silver/Pink).
- Cutouts: 3 to 4 large foam-board character cutouts matching the theme (Cocomelon, Unicorn, Jungle, etc.).
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals or a decorative table for the cake.
- Signage: Neon "Happy Birthday" sign or LED letter board (based on availability).
Balloon Arrangement
- Volume: Approx. 300-400 balloons in an organic L-shaped arch or semi-arch.
- Composition: Mix of metallic, pastel, and chrome balloons.
- Accents: Includes 4-5 foil balloons (Stars/Hearts) and one age-number foil balloon.
Stage Setup
- Flooring: Standard red or patterned carpet for stage area (up to 100 sq. ft.).
- Lighting: 2 LED Par cans (Uplights) for color washing the backdrop.
- Logistics: Includes transport, setup, and teardown within service area.

- Fabric: Bright Yellow, Orange, and Pink satin/net drapery for wall backdrop or small canopy.
- Florals: Vertical strings of Marigold (Genda) and artificial green vines.
- Ceiling: Criss-cross ribbon or fabric styling (height permitting).
Seating & Ritual Props
- Couple Seating: Choice of decorated Swing (Jhula) OR mattress setup with white sheet and bolsters.
- Ritual Items: 2 low wooden stools (Patla) and brass/copper basin for Haldi.
- Decor: 4-6 Rajasthani hanging umbrellas, kaleeras, or dreamcatchers.
Lighting

- Backdrop: Full artificial flower wall (Red/White/Pink roses) OR layered fabric draping with hanging wisteria.
- Props: Laser-cut frames with couple's initials or event text.
Furniture & Flooring
- Couple Seating: 2-seater "Maharaja" style sofa (White/Gold) or modern high-back couch.
- Guest Seating: 2 side chairs for parents or rituals.
- Flooring: Clean Red or Maroon carpet for the full stage platform.
Lighting & Entrance
- Illumination: 4-6 LED Par cans for color and 2 Halogens for brightness.
- Entrance: Matching decorative gate with fabric and floral bunches.

- Guest Seating: 100 armless plastic chairs (Red/Beige/Blue).
- Tables: 4-5 rectangular tables with white cloths and frills.
- VIP: 4 cushioned chairs for front row seating.
Technicals
- Sound: PA system with 2 speakers on stands and 1 cordless mic.
- Lighting: Tube lights or Halogens for general area illumination.

Born and raised in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, I just love making parties fun. For me, it’s all about music, tasty food, and happy faces.
