Grand Royal Wedding & Reception Decor
Entrance & Walkway
- Grand Archway: 20ft high thematic entrance gate (Fiber molding or heavy floral pasting) matching the Royal theme.
- Passage: 30ft to 50ft carpeted aisle with flanking props like traditional Ranjan pots or floral pillars.
- Signage: Custom welcome board on easel stand with floral borders.
Vidhi Mandap (Ceremony)
- Structure: 12x12ft pillar-based setup with intricate fabric ceiling draping.
- Floral Work: Dense floral borders on headers and pillars using volume flowers (Carnations, Gerberas, Marigolds).
- Furniture: Seating for rituals including Bajots, Patlas, and low seating or Maharaja chairs for the couple.
Reception Stage
- Scale: Expansive 40ft to 60ft wide platform suitable for large group photos.
- Backdrop: Multi-layered design with fiber jali panels, palace facades, or floral walls.
- Furniture: 3-seater Royal couch with 2 side chairs in gold or silver finish.
- Effects: Cold pyro shots for couple entry.
Guest Area & Lighting
- Seating: 40-50 VIP sofas (2-seater) and 500-800 banquet chairs with satin covers.
- Flooring: Wall-to-wall carpeting in the main hall area.

Concert-Style Sangeet Production
Tech & Visuals
- LED Backdrop: Large P3/P4 LED Video Wall (approx. 200-300 sq ft) for dynamic graphics.
- Trussing: Aluminum box truss structure (Goal-post design) to fly sound and light equipment.
- Sound: Professional Line Array system suitable for DJ and dance performances (500+ pax).

How I Approach Wedding Design
I’m not just about putting up flowers and lights. I go all out to turn any space - even a plain farm - into something you’d never expect: palace vibes, dreamy backdrops, and everything in between. My team’s been at this for generations, so we know what works and what’s just overkill.
Function by Function Experience
No two weddings are the same. I design every event - from engagement to reception - so each feels unique but also flows together. You want a Laal Ishq (red love) theme or a soft pastel Mehendi? I’ll make it happen. For Halad and Mehendi, I juggle classic marigold setups, funky props (flamingos, floral swans), or those chill pastel corners. We can go super desi or totally modern. Your call.
Sangeet & Ceremony Production
Sangeet night? I bring the concert feel - huge LED screens, lasers, cold pyros, disco balls. You’ll get the energy, not just the look. For your Vidhi Mandap, I craft luxury mandap decoration with royal temple feels, poolside setups, or mandaps smothered in fresh flowers. It’s a showstopper, not just a ritual.
Reception That Stands Out
I handle big fat Indian wedding setup, even for 8,000 guests. Think massive German Hangers, palace facades, mirror stages, and custom floral stage backdrops. I sweat the small stuff too - welcome signs, creative photobooths. It’s the details that make your celebration feel personal.
