Indoor Banquet & Standard Mandap Package
Stage & Backdrop Design
- Dimensions: Standard 20ft to 30ft width suitable for indoor banquets.
- Draping: Heavy Velvet or Satin fabric in Deep Red, Emerald Green, or Pastel Pink.
- Decor: Floral framing using fresh Roses, Carnations, and Gerberas mixed with silk fillers.
- Couple Seating: Two-seater premium leatherette sofa (White/Beige) plus 2 side chairs.
Mandap & Ceremonial Setup
- Structure: Traditional 4-pillar Mandap (Crystal or Fabric-wrapped wooden pillars).
- Interior: Fabric ceiling with a central chandelier or floral bunch.
- Rituals: Low seating (Gaddis/Bajots) and standard Havan Kund structure included.
Entrance & Walkway
- Gate: Box Arch or Draped Arch decorated with floral runners.
- Path: Red or single-color carpet runner leading to the stage.
- Decor: 6-8 decorative pedestals or Roman pillars with floral bouquets lining the aisle.
Guest Seating & Lighting
- Chairs: 300-400 standard banquet chairs with white covers and satin sashes.
- Lighting: Basic halogen or LED par can wash for the stage area.

Floral Installations
- Backdrop: High-density floral wall (Checkered or Ombre) with silk hydrangea base and fresh rose/orchid top layers.
- Ceiling Work: Hanging floral gardens (Wisteria, Tuberoses, or Ferns) suspended from a truss grid.
- Composition: All eye-level arrangements and table centerpieces use fresh flowers.
Lighting & Props
- Fixtures: Multiple tiers of large faux-crystal or glass chandeliers over the walkway and stage.

- Main Gate: 15ft height architectural arch matching the palace theme.

- Trussing: Heavy-duty Box Truss system spanning the stage.
- Fixtures: Moving Heads, Sharpies, and LED washes to highlight architectural details.
- Ambience: Warm white fairy lights wrapped around available trees or poles.

- Capacity: Seating setup for up to 800-1000 guests included.
- VIP Section: 100-150 Gold/Silver Chiavari chairs and 4-6 sections of white leatherette lounges.

We’re Ujwala Decorators, running since 1977 right here in Navi Mumbai. For us, it’s not just kaam (work), it’s family legacy.
