Stage & Podium Styling
- Podium Florals: One premium cascading arrangement for the speaker podium using fresh exotic flowers like Lilies, Orchids, and Roses.
- Stage Masking: Clean fabric masking for the stage backdrop if venue walls require coverage.
- Ceremonial Kit: Includes velvet tray, decorated scissors, and ribbon for inauguration ceremonies.
Technical Setup
- Audio System: 2 top speakers on stands, 1 cordless microphone, and a mixer suitable for speech clarity for up to 80 pax.
- Lighting: 2-4 dedicated spotlights focused on the media wall to ensure logos remain bright and visible.
