The Lighting Strategy

We move beyond standard floodlights. Our approach involves:

For crowds of up to 8,000, furniture placement is a matter of logistics. We use specific density planning (allocating roughly 6 sq. ft. per person) to ensure that the layout remains spacious.

• VIP Zones: We deploy faux-leather sofas and ornate throne chairs to create distinct pockets of comfort, separating the main seating from the high-traffic areas.
• Entrance Design: Your entrance is the first point of contact. We build 12-foot thematic arches with matching carpet runners to transition guests from the outdoors into your specific theme, whether that is a Royal Rajwada entrance or a modern, minimalist design.

We handle the installation of wooden ply-base flooring to ensure that no matter the ground conditions, your guest seating is perfectly level and stable.
