Home or Terrace Haldi Decor
Thematic Backdrop
- Design: 8ft x 8ft or 10ft x 10ft backdrop featuring bright yellow and orange satin curtains.
- Floral Work: Dense hangings of Marigold (Genda) garlands and mango leaves.
- Props: Traditional items like decorative umbrellas, Rajasthani puppets, or foil text balloons.
Ritual Setup
- Couple Seating: A decorated Jhula (Swing) or a circular floral ring seat.
- Accessories: Brass urlis (bowls) with floating petals placed near the seating area.
Ambience & Audio
- Lighting: Serial fairy lights and 2-4 focus lights for the backdrop.
- Audio: Single active speaker setup with aux connectivity.
- Entrance: Simple floral arch or draped passage at the house entry.
Standard Indoor Wedding Hall Decor
Stage & Backdrop
- Structure: 20ft to 30ft wide stage fabrication suitable for existing banquet or community halls.
- Decor: Heavy Lycra fabric draping in dual-tone themes (Pink-White, Gold-White, or Red-Gold).
- Floral: High-quality artificial floral borders on the backdrop; real Dutch roses or Marigolds used only at the couple seating area.
- Furniture: One 2-seater Maharaja couple sofa and 4 accompanying side chairs.
Entrance & Walkway
- Main Gate: Box-arch structure fully draped in fabric with artificial wisteria hangings or floral pasting.
- Passage: 4 to 6 decorative Roman or Crystal style pillars with floral bouquets lining the aisle.
- Flooring: Red synthetic needle-punch carpeting running from the entrance to the stage.
Seating & Furniture
- Guest Seating: 200 plastic chairs provided with full-length white covers and colored satin sashes.
- VIP Zone: Front row layout with 8-10 white leatherette (Rexine) box sofas and small center tables.
Technicals
- Lighting: LED Par cans for color-washing drapes, stage focus lights, and halogens for general brightness.
- Sound: Basic PA system with 2 top speakers and 2 cordless microphones.
Open Ground Tent & Pandal Construction
Infrastructure & Tenting
- Structure: Erection of a waterproof bamboo/metal pole Pandal covering 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft.
- Ceiling & Walls: Elaborate Radial or Striped fabric draping on the ceiling with 10-12ft high masking cloth to enclose the venue.
- Flooring: Full ground coverage using carpets laid over basic leveling or tarpaulin sheets.
Grand Decor Elements
- Lighting: Decorative chandeliers (Jhoomers) hanging from the tent ceiling and fairy lights on arches.
- Stage: Oversized reception stage (30ft+) with multi-layer backdrops and artificial floral walls.
- Mandap: Separate 4-pillar Lagna Mandap setup inside the tent with Havankund, bajots, and patlas.
Amenities & Power
- Seating: 300-500 chairs with covers plus a lounge section with 20-30 sofas.
- Dining: Partitioned section for catering with round tables and standing counters.
- Cooling: Pedestal fans installed throughout the tent structure.
- Power: Includes cabling, switchboards, and rental of a Silent Diesel Generator (62.5 kVA).

- Wedding mandap decoration is our main thing - from classic temple look to floral, modern designs.
- We set up grand tents and do draping in all patterns: stripes, checks, single/dual colours. Lycra cloth for class, nothing chindi (cheap).
Proper Seating & Lounge
- Rows of chairs, round tables, sofas for chilling - whatever fits your crowd.
Lighting & Sound That Pops
- We bring the full setup: custom event lighting, chandeliers, spotlights, coloured uplights, and solid sound systems. Venue looks sharp, day or night.
Flowers & Details
- Fresh flowers, mostly marigold for Indian vibes, but we do roses and modern mixes too.
- Can add personal touches like photo frames - you ask, we do.
