Practical, hands-on learning programs that help students and teams explore sustainability, textile waste, and nature-based science through active discovery.

A poster created by students during a week-long sustainability workshop at Inventure Academy. Here, they analyzed the difference between slow fashion and fast fashion, learning to be more conscious consumers.

This poster, titled "The Dye of the Matter," was made by students to compare natural and synthetic dyes. It's a great example of how they use critical thinking to understand complex environmental issues.

"Small choices make a big difference." This student-made poster beautifully illustrates the cycle of textile recycling and redesign, showing what brands and individuals can do to reduce waste.

Students researched and presented on different sources of natural colour, from flowers and leaves to minerals and coffee beans. This poster showcases their learning in a creative and visual way.

A powerful visual presentation by students on the problem of textile pollution. They researched the causes and effects, demonstrating a deep understanding of why this issue matters for our planet.

About Workshops for Schools & Organizations

In my school and corporate programs, we replace passive lectures with tactile exploration. When we tackle textile waste, participants are not just listening to a presentation; they are actively researching slow versus fast fashion and creating their own natural dyes to understand the true lifecycle of a garment. I bring all the necessary setup, from botanical pigments to recycling equipment, ensuring that every session results in a concrete project that illustrates environmental concepts clearly.

Moving Beyond the Textbook

I design these sessions to be immersive laboratories. Whether it is a full-week module for students or a shorter team-building session for an organization, the focus remains on inquiry-based learning. My goal is to move the conversation from theory to action, allowing participants to see, touch, and test the solutions we discuss.

How We Structure the Sessions

Each program is tailored to the audience, but they all follow a 'learn-by-doing' format:

  • Eco-Entrepreneurship: We analyze current waste management problems—such as water pollution or textile excess—and brainstorm practical, small-scale business or community solutions.
  • Natural Dyeing & Textile Science: Participants explore the chemistry of colour by extracting pigments from local flowers, leaves, and spices, comparing these methods against synthetic industrial processes.
  • Waste-to-Wonder: We turn recycled paper and discarded office waste into functional items, teaching the full cycle of recycling and reuse.

Why Partner with En Madtidiya?

Schools like Inventure Academy have used these programs to dive deep into sustainability topics in a way that sticks. I handle all the logistics, from bringing floor mats and raw materials to managing organic waste cleanup. You do not need a science lab to run these workshops; I am equipped to set up in classrooms, auditoriums, or open outdoor spaces. These sessions are designed to foster curiosity and critical thinking, helping students and teams realize that even small, intentional choices contribute to a larger positive impact on our environment.

I am Kruthika, the nature artist and educator behind En Madtidiya. I believe that when our hands are messy, our minds become more curious, which is why I design these programs to move learning out of the classroom and into the wild. My goal is to help your students or team connect with nature while tackling real-world problems, one project at a time.
