Fabric, Fiber & Traditional Art Workshops
Bring the tactile joy of block printing, tie-dye, and dreamcatcher weaving to your office. We handle the setup; you bring the creativity.
Our dreamcatcher weaving workshop at Google was a perfect mid-year celebration activity. This mindful craft encourages focus and patience, allowing team members to slow down, recharge, and create a beautiful, personal piece of art.
This block printing workshop had a dual purpose. Employees learned the traditional craft by printing designs on fabric pouches, which were then donated to an NGO as part of a CSR initiative, beautifully combining creativity with giving back.
At a leadership conference for Sagility, we introduced attendees to the traditional Indian art of block printing. Participants, including international guests, enjoyed creating their own designs on tote bags, making for a unique cultural experience.
We teach the intricacies of Indian folk art, like these Madhubani-style bookmarks. Our classes cover different styles, such as Bharni and Katchni, allowing participants to create detailed and colorful pieces while learning about their cultural origins.
A modern take on a classic craft, our tie-dye workshop at Atlassian was a vibrant celebration of Indian culture. Participants learned the spiral technique to create colorful patterns on fabric, resulting in unique and eye-catching designs.
We also create large-scale art installations for corporate spaces. Here, you can see the process of installing hundreds of origami swans in a client's office, transforming the ceiling into a beautiful, dynamic art piece.
About this collection
Whether it is the methodical rhythm of block printing or the messy joy of a tie-dye session, these workshops are designed to break the daily routine. We bring everything to your office, and our focus is on ensuring every person, regardless of their prior experience, walks away with something they are proud to have made.
We treat these sessions as a creative break rather than a formal classroom. For block printing, we provide the wooden blocks and fabric, and for tie-dye, we handle the color mixing and preparation. We have run these sessions in everything from small leadership meetings to large-scale conferences for companies like Google and Atlassian.
If you are worried about the mess, do not be—we come prepared with plastic sheets and the right gear to protect your office space. We also adapt the complexity: we can keep it as a 45-minute icebreaker activity or expand it into a 2-hour deep-dive session. Whether you want to do a CSR activity like printing tote bags for charity or just want to try a new craft, we tailor the activity to your team's size, timeline, and space constraints. We believe art should be accessible and fun, so expect some banter, a relaxed atmosphere, and guidance that feels like a chat with a friend rather than a strict lesson.
Bloom and Grow
We are a team of artists and teachers who believe art should not be intimidating. We love showing people at offices that you do not need to be a pro to create something cool, and our workshops are built on laughter and a little bit of creative freedom.
