Sustainable luxury isn't about going back in time, it’s about bringing the wisdom of earth, bamboo, and mud into our modern lives. Let’s build homes that breathe and keep you connected to nature.

Good design saves money and the planet. In this project, a bulky staircase was planned to take up 40% of the terrace. I redesigned it into a sleek ladder-stair using just 5% of the space and upcycled the leftover materials into beautiful plant stands, preventing waste.

I am always learning and growing my skills in natural building. This photo is from a workshop where I deepened my knowledge of creating strong, waterproof, and breathable walls from earth. I bring this expertise to Mumbai to build you a truly sustainable luxury home.

My passion for sustainability goes beyond my projects. My initiative, 'Mitti Matters', promotes eco-friendly construction in the city. Here we are at a Coldplay concert, spreading the message that sustainable architecture is the paradise of the future.

Understanding materials is the foundation of good design. I carefully select every element for its longevity, function, and affordability, ensuring it fits the overall theme. This mood board shows the natural textures of bamboo and earth tones that I love to work with.

In one of my recent projects, I swapped a bulky staircase that consumed 40% of a terrace with a compact ladder-stair design. We used only 5% of the space, turning the excess material into functional plant stands for the client. That is the kind of practical, sustainable luxury I bring to your home—where we fix problems, reduce waste, and build something beautiful without unnecessary splurging.

The renovated and extended residence for Sunith and Shruti in Hyderabad. The new facade features a striated pattern of alternating brick courses, a design choice that was both an aesthetic decision and a practical solution to material shortages during the pandemic.43

This is the heart of a home we designed, where natural light, earthy materials, and open spaces come together. We used exposed brick and Kota stone flooring to create a warm, honest feel, while the floating wooden staircase and traditional swing add a sense of lightness and play.8
For this urban home in Bangalore, we contrasted a clean white facade with the raw texture of rat-trap bond brickwork. The circular window and spiral staircase are not just design elements; they are invitations to explore the different levels and how light moves through the space.
We believe in finding beauty in the details. This is a close-up of a custom jaali wall, where we used angled mud blocks and glass inserts to create a beautiful pattern that plays with light and privacy, casting unique shadows throughout the day.
Light is one of our most important materials. Here, a custom-designed geometric skylight casts dramatic patterns across an exposed brick wall, transforming the space and creating a living artwork that changes with the sun.

With its floating roof and expansive glass walls, this living room feels like it is suspended in nature. The design creates an airy, open atmosphere where sunlight and garden views are the main features.16

A wooden deck extends the living space into the garden, creating a perfect spot for relaxation. The glass roof provides shelter without obstructing the view, framing the outdoors as a key part of the home's design.
This outdoor seating area is surrounded by a vertical garden and a tranquil water body. We use landscape design to create distinct zones that offer different ways to experience and enjoy the connection to nature.
