This is what our Cardio Tennis sessions are all about. It's a high-intensity workout on the court where you are constantly moving, hitting balls, and improving your game. We focus on dynamic drills that keep you engaged and make fitness fun.

Our sessions always start with essential warm-ups and agility drills. Here you can see a mixed group of adults working on their footwork and speed using cones, a key part of building a strong foundation for better movement on the clay court.

We provide real-time technical feedback even during our fast-paced cardio sessions. In this clip, I am guiding a player to add more spin to her forehand, helping her develop better shot control and power.

We incorporate a variety of fitness equipment to keep the workouts challenging and effective. Here, our ladies' group is using mini hurdles to improve their agility, coordination, and explosive power on the court.

Our group classes are structured to give every player plenty of hitting time. This drill focuses on shot consistency and recovery, ensuring you get a great workout while sharpening your tennis technique.

What Happens on Court

Expect 60 minutes of non-stop action. We use cones, ladders, and specific movement patterns to get your heart rate up. But because we are tennis coaches, we don't just focus on the fitness aspect. We provide technical inputs during every session—small, actionable corrections on your grip, swing, and follow-through. It is a dual benefit: you get the cardiovascular workout, and you leave with a slightly better tennis game than when you arrived.

Logistics and Getting Started

We offer group batches with limited slots to ensure everyone gets enough hitting time. Sessions run 3 days a week, and we offer both monthly and quarterly passes. If you are worried about the weather, our quarterly fitness pass includes priority access to make-up slots for rain-affected sessions. We also offer gender-specific batches, like our Ladies Cardio Tennis groups, for a supportive training environment.
