Our training happens on red clay courts, which are naturally kinder to your joints than hard surfaces, and every single session is packed with agility drills and cone work to get your feet moving. Whether you are aiming for your first tournament win or just want to sharpen your backhand, we keep the intensity high and the environment fun.
Our three courts in Kogilu are the heart of what we do. We use professional red clay, which slows the ball down just enough for you to work on your technique, and the softer surface means less stress on your knees and ankles during those long rallies.
We run a structured program for every age group. Kids start with low-compression red and orange balls, making the game accessible and fun right from day one. For adults, our sessions blend technical stroke correction with high-energy cardio drills that are as much about team building as they are about strength. You will notice our unique fitness elements—like our signature tug-of-war—which are designed to boost core power and endurance. And because we know schedules can be tough, we have full floodlight coverage, so you can still get your matches in during the evening. We are about pushing limits, but we ensure you have a blast doing it.
