About Men's & Mixed Group Rallies
Unlike a gym where you just grind, these rally sessions force you to move while actually playing tennis. On our clay courts, the pace of play is different. It allows for longer rallies and requires more patience, which is exactly why we use them for these group sessions. You aren't just mindlessly hitting; you are learning to control depth and direction under pressure. We keep groups small, between 6 to 10 players, so you get enough court time and regular feedback. You will hear us calling out 'Ball nodi!' or 'Left hand up!' in the middle of a rally because that is when it matters most. We offer 3 sessions a week, structured to get your heart rate up without feeling like a treadmill workout.
