Unlike local hard courts, our red clay surface in JP Nagar naturally slows the ball down, forcing you to focus on your footwork and body balance rather than just raw power. - Fitness & Mindset: You cannot play great tennis with a weak body. Our sessions include on-court agility work with ladders, cones, and core strengthening exercises. We also emphasize mental focus, treating every session like a real match prep.

Whether you join our Junior Foundation program or the Adult Cardio sessions, you are training in a small group to ensure you get plenty of ball-striking time.
