You’ll notice our sessions are different from standard gym cardio. While we push for high-intensity movement with cones and ladders, I’m always right there on court giving micro-corrections on your grip and follow-through. You aren’t just burning calories here; you are building actual tennis skills while you do it.
Our ladies' cardio tennis program is designed for women who want a high-energy workout without the boredom of a gym. Located off Kanakapura Road, we utilize outdoor clay courts, which offer a lower impact surface compared to hard courts, making them much easier on your joints.
