1 Week Introductory Camp
Access Details
- Duration: 1 Week (5 consecutive days, Monday to Friday).
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Total Volume: 10 hours of guided activity.

4 Week Skills Module

Fundamental Training
- Mechanics: Focus on tuck, pike, straddle shapes, and safe falling techniques.
- Tumbling: Instruction on forward rolls, cartwheels, and balance maintenance.
- Coordination: Agility circuits using foam blocks, wedges, and low beams.
Fitness & Safety
- Conditioning: Ladder drills for foot speed and plank variations for core strength.
- Supervision: Low student to coach ratio (approx 1:10) with hands on manual spotting.
Complete 8 Week Summer Season
Training Volume
- Duration: Complete 8 to 9 week access covering April and May.
- Frequency: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri), 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Instruction: Approximately 80+ hours of professional coaching.
Progressive Curriculum
- Floor Work: Handstands, cartwheels, rolls, and introduction to back handsprings based on aptitude.
- Apparatus: Balance beam stability, uneven bar swings, vaulting run ups, and roman ring suspension.
Facility & Equipment
- Safety Infrastructure: Full access to foam pits for high impact absorption and air tracks for tumbling.
- Conditioning: Daily 20 minute warm up, calisthenics, and flexibility drills for splits.
- Extras: 2 hours daily of screen free engagement and end of camp skill assessment.

What Happens At Our Camp
At Twistars, we bring the energy. This summer, your kids get to flip, tumble, and soar with us. Our camp is more than just a way to keep children busy - we focus on building real skills, strength, and confidence, all in a friendly environment. We see campers start with a simple forward roll and work up to big flips by the end of the session.
How We Do It
- Every day starts with a warm-up, then we hit the gym for gymnastics training for children of all levels.
- Kids learn tumbling, vaulting, handstands, and balances.
- We work on professional equipment: balance beams, uneven bars, foam pits, air tracks - all under close supervision.
- Our coaches are hands-on and genuinely care. They're not just teaching - they cheer, correct, and encourage every kid. You'll hear a lot of "Superb, macha!" (Awesome, buddy!) and real advice, not just praise.
Who Can Join
- We welcome complete beginners and seasoned gymnasts, ages 4 to 15.
- Everyone gets personalized attention, whether you want to master a cartwheel or get serious about advanced flips.

My Story
We’re Twistars Gymnastics – more like a big, noisy family than a club. Coaches like Vinayak, Swaroop, Pooja, you’ll always spot us on the floor, cheering or fixing a cartwheel.
