About this collection

It is not always about the next big flip. Every one of our sessions ends with a moment of stillness, often just sitting in a Lotus pose, to help kids process the intensity of training and calm their nerves. We find that this brief quiet time helps them build the patience needed for harder drills later on.

Gymnastics demands everything from a child: physical power, spatial awareness, and a sharp, focused mind. When kids come to our studio in Banashankari, they are not just learning to land a cartwheel; they are learning to handle the frustration of a failed attempt and the discipline of repeated practice.

We balance this with our 'bevu belladante' approach, mixing the bitter effort of tough drills with the sweet satisfaction of achievement. Our mental training involves:
