We have moved beyond the traditional gym model. Our performance centers in Koramangala and Jayamahal are engineered ecosystems where data-driven strength training, sports physiotherapy, and recovery tools coexist under one roof.

Something big is being built. This is the foundation of our new performance center, a space built for India's next generation of athletes and anyone who wants to move, perform, and live better.

We are redefining what fitness, wellness, and rehabilitation services look like. Our new performance center is a place where an athlete can come and express themselves, irrespective of their level.

About Our Facilities & Community

At our Koramangala and Jayamahal centers, you will not find endless rows of mirrored machines. Instead, we have built designated zones for movement literacy, velocity-based training, and athletic recovery—designed specifically so our coaches can monitor your load, form, and intensity in real time. We prioritize the flow of the session, ensuring that whether you are doing plyometrics on the turf or post-session flushing in recovery boots, every square foot serves a training purpose.
