My goal is to make healthy eating feel like your new normal. Once we have your initial assessment, my team and I monitor your progress every single day. You will send photos of your meals, and we provide real-time feedback. This daily accountability ensures you do not feel lost when you are dining out or trying to manage a tight work schedule.
I do not believe in crash diets or expensive, exotic supplements. We stick to traditional ingredients like ragi, rice, and fresh vegetables—foods you likely already have in your kitchen.
