Receiving recognition for my work with the veena is such a humble experience. These awards, including the Chowdaiah National Award, represent the beautiful musical path I have shared with my audience and fellow artists over the years. It is a blessing to be celebrated in this way!!!!!!!
The journey of a performing artist is filled with long hours, rehearsals, and the constant pursuit of perfection. Whether it is performing a jugalbandi at the Chowdaiah Memorial Hall or receiving the SV Narayanaswamy Rao birth centenary award from the Sree Ramaseva Mandali trust, each moment has shaped who I am today. I am deeply thankful to the organisers in Jaynagar and across Bangalore who have supported my music. These awards are not just trophies on a shelf. They represent the countless hours spent refining my technique on the Tarangini Veena and the joy of connecting with listeners during a live Kacheri. I am proud to have taken our traditional music to global stages in Germany and the Netherlands, but performing back home among friends and family remains incredibly special. I am always excited for the next concert, the next conversation, and the next musical challenge. Thank you for walking this path with me!!!!!!!
