About Awards & Media Features

Receiving the 'Isai Chudar' or the M. S. Subbulakshmi Fellowship isn't just about the plaque on my shelf. It represents the years spent in the gurukul, the rigorous training under my gurus Vidushis Ranjani-Gayatri, and the weight of responsibility that comes with performing for an audience that deeply values the nuances of classical Carnatic music.
