About this collection

My workshops are not about boring lectures or telling your team to stop eating everything they love. We use a 'no-restriction' approach, focusing on fireless food demos and specific desk-life hacks that actually boost energy without needing hours in the kitchen. Hum yahan chhota-chhota add karte hain, sab kuch chhodte nahi (we just add small things, not leave everything behind), ensuring your team stays productive and healthy.

How We Make Wellness Stick

Corporate life is demanding. Long hours and high-stress environments often lead to burnout, poor eating habits, and mid-day energy crashes. My goal is to change that narrative through interactive sessions that feel less like a corporate obligation and more like a helpful team lunch.

What You Can Expect

Depending on what your team needs, we can structure the session to be:

  • The Interactive Seminar: A 60-minute deep dive into a core topic like Gut Health, Desk Job Dieting, or Stress Management. We skip the generic slides and prioritize the 15-minute Q&A, where your team can get honest answers to their health concerns.
  • Live Food Prep Demo: A 90-minute session where I demonstrate three fireless, high-protein recipes. Your team gets to taste these healthy snacks, and I provide physical recipe cards so they can replicate them at home or the office.
  • Body Composition Analysis (BCA) Camp: A 4-hour event that includes an executive health talk and on-the-spot BCA screening for up to 50 employees. We check weight, body fat %, and visceral fat, followed by a brief, rapid interpretation of what those numbers mean for their lifestyle.

My Philosophy

I believe in science over trends. We don't push fad diets or expensive supplements. Whether we are in Noida, East Delhi, or South Delhi, my focus remains the same: helping your team make smart, sustainable choices that fit into their existing routines. You provide the projector and a bit of space, and I will bring the practical, actionable health strategies that make a real difference.
