Our Service Styles

• Traditional Sit-down Service: This is our core expertise. We provide a full 14-item or 22-item meal served on Thala Vazhai Ilai (fresh plantain leaf). Our team manages the service in the traditional Pankthi style, ensuring guests are served properly and prompted for seconds. This is ideal for weddings, Upanayanam, and Gruhapravesham.
• Modern Vegetarian Buffet: For receptions or corporate lunches where a standing service is preferred, we set up a complete buffet layout. This includes stainless steel chafing dishes with proper temperature control, white table linens, and a mix of North and South Indian dishes to accommodate diverse guest preferences.

Customization and Menu Planning

We understand that every event has different requirements. You can work with us to select your preferred items from our list. For our traditional feasts, we maintain strict authenticity—Arachuvitta Sambar, classic rasam, and traditional rice preparations like Vangi Bath or Bisi Bele Bath are made the old-school way. If you are planning a hybrid event, we can balance these traditional courses with popular appetizers and North Indian main courses like Paneer Butter Masala and assorted breads.

Everything is prepared in our central kitchen where hygiene is the primary priority. We avoid shortcuts to ensure that the food quality remains consistent, whether we are serving fifty guests or five hundred.
