Homemade Diwali Sweets & Savouries in Bangalore
Bring home the warmth of festival food without the additives. Every sweet and savoury is made in my kitchen with pure ghee, zero preservatives, and a whole lot of care.
An assorted Diwali sweet box, perfect for gifting. This box features a mix of my bestsellers like Coconut Burfi, Kaju Apples, and Boondi Ladoos, all packed beautifully to share with your loved ones.
A box filled with my soft, melt-in-your-mouth Besan Ladoos. Made with pure ghee and roasted gram flour, these are a timeless Diwali classic and a favorite in my kitchen.
A tray of freshly made Kaju Apples, ready to be packed. I use high quality cashews and just a hint of clove to create these beautiful and delicious sweets that are a highlight of any festive box.
A close up of my homemade Kaju Katli, decorated with edible silver leaf. I make this classic sweet with a smooth texture and the perfect level of sweetness, ensuring it tastes just like it should.
Large batches of my signature Madras Mixture being prepared for Diwali orders. This savory snack is a crunchy, spicy blend of sev, boondi, nuts, and curry leaves, perfect for balancing all the festive sweets.
Watch the process of making my popular Boondi Ladoos. From frying the tiny boondi droplets to perfection to shaping them with syrup and nuts, every step is done with care to ensure authentic flavor.
This video shows how I fry my Gulab Jamuns until they are perfectly golden brown. I ensure they are cooked evenly so they soak up the sugar syrup beautifully, resulting in soft and juicy jamuns every time.
About this collection
Unlike mass-produced festive treats, I cook these in small, manageable batches right here in my kitchen. You can mix and match your favorites to create a custom box that fits exactly what your family loves, whether that’s the crunch of Madras Mixture or the melt-in-your-mouth goodness of my Besan Ladoo.
I don't use factory machinery for my Diwali preparations. Each item, from the porous Mysore Pak to the classic Kaju Katli, is crafted with the same focus I give to my own family's festive table. We use pure Nandini ghee because I believe in the quality of what goes into your body—there is no dalda or preservative in sight.
My festive menu is built around what you actually ask for. You have the flexibility to curate your own box. Want to add some Ribbon Pakoda to balance the sweetness of Coconut Burfi? Go for it. Looking for Kaju Apples for a special guest? I have those too. Because I run this as a home kitchen, I take a limited number of orders to ensure everything stays fresh. If you are in Bangalore and looking for authentic Diwali snacks without the industrial aftertaste, you are in the right place. Just remember to book early as these batches fill up quickly when the festive season kicks in.
