Festival Sweets and Savories in Bengaluru
Authentic, small-batch festive delicacies made with pure desi ghee and organic jaggery. Delivered fresh to your doorstep across Bengaluru.
My philosophy is simple: tradition gets a delicious, healthy upgrade. I prepare all sweets in small batches with pure organic jaggery and desi ghee, ensuring limited quantities with zero compromise on quality and 100 percent love.
A glimpse of two of my most popular sweets. The Ghee Jaggery Mysorepak is a melt-in-the-mouth experience, while the Jaggery Coconut Burfi offers a delightful contrast with its crunchy exterior and soft, fresh coconut filling.
This part of the menu features the classic Ghee Jaggery Ladoo, made with the goodness of old-fashioned jaggery, and our bestseller, the Jaggery Jahangir, known for being incredibly juicy and soaked in a rich jaggery syrup.
I take pride in offering traditional Karnataka specialties. This includes the authentic Kai Holige, made with jaggery balls from Mandya, and the festive Kar Kadabu, a deep-fried pastry filled with a sweet coconut mixture perfect for Ganesha Habba.
My savory selection is a tribute to Bengaluru's favorite snacks. The menu includes everything from the classic mixture Chow-Chow and crispy Khara Chakli to Shankar Pali and Nipattu, providing a perfect balance to the festive sweets.
To ensure freshness, I work with a pre-order system based on festival dates. This schedule shows the delivery batches for Varamahalakshmi, Krishna Janmashtami, and Gowri & Ganesha, along with the specific order-by deadlines for each.
About Festival Sweets & Savories Menu
I don't stock shelves, so every sweet is part of a small, fresh batch prepared specifically for the festival calendar. Because I use organic Mandya jaggery and pure desi ghee instead of processed sugar, these treats are best enjoyed within 48 hours of delivery.
Food carries memory. When I prepare festival sweets, my focus is to bring back that authentic, homemade magic we often miss in store-bought options. Whether it is Ganesha Habba, Varamahalakshmi, or Diwali, my kitchen works in sync with the festival dates.
Why these ingredients matter
I avoid white sugar entirely. My sweets rely on Mandya organic jaggery, which provides a deeper, complex flavor profile. Paired with pure desi ghee, the Ghee Jaggery Mysorepak and Ladoos offer a richness that feels traditional, not heavy.
The festive lineup
- Traditional Staples: Kai Holige (Obbattu) stuffed with fresh coconut, and crisp Kar Kadabu.
- Bengaluru Favorites: Savory hampers featuring Chow-Chow, Sabudana Nipattu, and Khara Kodubale, all fried in fresh, clean oil.
- Signature Sweets: Jaggery Jahangir and our melt-in-the-mouth Ghee Jaggery Mysorepak.
How to order
I manage production through a batch-delivery system to ensure everything arrives at your doorstep as fresh as possible. Keep an eye on our festival-specific deadlines for pre-orders. I recommend booking early, as batches are limited to maintain quality control.
