I offer one-on-one personal training sessions, both online and offline. These are focused on your specific dance and fitness goals to help you build confidence and skill at your own pace.

My brand is truly international, and I'm so grateful to have taught in so many states across the USA. From New York to California, we're going places.

About Let's Connect
If you are deciding between a group workshop and a 1-on-1 session, think about your goal. My group workshops in Bangalore and NJ are high-energy, perfect for meeting people and getting that group vibe. If you have specific fitness goals, a wedding dance you need to perfect, or need to work around an injury, my personal training sessions are where we really slow it down to focus on your individual technique and pace.
I started TDC with a laptop, a passion for Bollywood, and a lot of chai. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to teach in over 15 countries and 20 Indian cities, but the core remains the same: dance should feel like home.
How We Work Together
- In-Person Workshops: I host these at premium studios in hubs like Koramangala and Indiranagar in Bangalore, and across New Jersey/NYC. These are 1.5 to 2-hour sessions where we warm up, learn a routine, and end with a group video. It’s all about letting go.
- Online Masterclasses: For my dancers living elsewhere, I run live sessions via Zoom. I use a mirrored view so you can follow along easily, and you get the recording for 48 hours to practice. We modify the moves to fit your home space.
- 1-on-1 Personal Training: This is for when you want my undivided attention. We assess your goals, whether that’s burning calories, fixing your footwork, or learning a specific choreography. I prioritize injury-safe movement patterns above all else.
My philosophy is simple: you don’t need to be perfect. You just need to show up as you are. I mix styles—from semi-classical thumkas to high-energy BollyHop—because movement should be for everyone. If you’re ready to start, let’s chat about what you’re looking for.
