Celebrating Holi the best way I know how, with dance. My festival workshops are all about making memories. We learned a fun choreography to a classic Holi song and celebrated with flower petals in the studio.
I love adding a little 'punjabi tadka' to our workouts. This video shows a high-energy routine with Bhangra-inspired moves that really get your heart pumping. It's a perfect example of the fusion beats we explore in my classes.
