- Indo-Fusion & Contemporary: These classes blend the grace of Indian movement with the fluidity of contemporary dance. We focus on flow, floorwork, and storytelling, allowing you to express what words cannot.
- Tribal Fusion Belly Dance: Influenced by our signature 'Lock and Flow' format, these sessions are about precision and strength. We teach you to isolate muscles, understand arm pathways, and master the intricate layerings that make belly dance so mesmerising.
- Somatic & Healing Movement: We integrate breathwork and meditation into our movement practices, recognizing that the body stores the stories we carry. This is a space to heal, ground yourself, and let go.
