About Soulful Contemporary
We don’t just teach routines, we focus on the feeling behind the movement. Kiran’s sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly, so whether you’re finding your flow for the first time or looking to refine your technical expression, you’ll fit right into our studio vibe.
Our contemporary workshops are all about that 'minimal words, maximum feeling' approach. We strip away the noise and focus on body mechanics, floor work, and the emotional story you tell with every step.
Why Join Our Contemporary Sessions?
- Technique Meets Emotion: While we focus on the basics like posture and alignment, the core of our class is Abhinaya (expressions). We want you to feel the music, not just execute the moves.
- Small Batch Focus: We keep our groups at a manageable size so Kiran can provide individual feedback. Whether you are working on a piece of choreography or improvising, you get the attention you need to grow.
- The Space: We dance in our studios at HSR Layout, Akshayanagar, and Konankunte Cross, all equipped with wooden sprung floors to absorb impact. It's safe, professional, and built for movement.
What to Expect
These aren't rigid training sessions. We warm up with high-intensity movements to get the blood pumping, then dive into the flow. You’ll leave the studio having learned a complete routine, and yes, we always record a performance video at the end so you can see your progress and share the vibe with the world. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your dance skills, come through and find your groove with us.
