The most important thing about practicing these floorwork moves at home is respecting your joints. Notice in our videos how we use the floor to support our weight rather than forcing a shape; that's the FlowWorks approach. - The Warm-up: Never skip the warm-up. Spend at least 10 minutes mobilizing your wrists, ankles, and spine.
- Listen to Resistance: If a joint feels stuck or painful, stop. Our classes are about listening to the body’s wisdom, not pushing past its limits.
