About Performances & Showcases
Whether you are ready to step into the spotlight or want to support fellow artists, our performance batches—like the ones leading up to FIRA—offer more than just choreography. You will work on stage presence, emotional expression, and the confidence to hold space, with end-of-month professional filming sessions to capture your growth.
At Dhurii, we believe that dance is a language, and the stage is simply where we choose to speak it. Our performance initiatives are designed for everyone, from beginners finding their first rhythm to experienced movers refining their craft.

- FIRA & Mélange: These are our hallmark annual showcases. They are not merely recitals; they are the culmination of months of dedication, where we celebrate the journey of our 'Toolbox' creators and performance batches. It is a space for courage, vulnerability, and collective joy.
- Uncut: We believe every artist needs a safe harbor. Uncut is our intimate, bi-monthly stage for works-in-progress. Whether you have a finished piece, a rough concept, or an idea needing feedback, this is where you can share your work without the pressure of perfection. It is open-door, raw, and deeply human.
- Shoonya Space Performances: Many of our larger productions are hosted at Shoonya Space, allowing us to bring professional lighting and sound to our students' performances. We prioritize the feel of the performance over the technical flawless-ness of every step.
