About Featured
In our studio, you will often hear us counting 'ek do' (one two) during practice, but we are really after the feeling behind each beat. Whether you are stepping onto the floor for the first time or training for a performance, we prioritize individual growth over perfect form. We keep our batch sizes capped at 15 to 20 students, ensuring you get personal attention and enough space to move freely on our professional sprung floors.
At Abstratics, we have spent over 11 years building a dance home rather than just a training center. Our philosophy is simple: dance is for everyone, regardless of experience. We bridge the gap between rigorous discipline and the joy of movement, making sure that whether you are learning Bharatanatyam or Hip-Hop, you feel at home.
Diverse Styles for Every Mover
We offer a mix of classes designed to help you find your groove. Our classical training in Bharatanatyam and Kathak is grounded in tradition, focusing on the Natya Shastra foundations, Nritta, and Abhinaya. For those drawn to modern movement, our Contemporary and Urban classes focus on fluidity, floor-work, and breath control. If you just want to let loose, our Bollywood and Belly Fusion batches offer a fun, stress-free space.
Where We Train
You can find us at our studios in Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Jayanagar. We have designed our spaces to be safe and supportive, featuring wall-to-wall mirrors for self-correction and professional sprung wooden flooring to absorb impact, keeping your joints safe during high-energy routines. For those who cannot make it to the studio, our live virtual sessions on Zoom use a 'spotlight' method to provide real-time posture correction, ensuring you get the same feedback as if you were in the room.
